Morfiply is a product of Rumi Technology LLC. "We" and "us" mean Rumi Technology. "You" means the person or business using the website or the service. By using either one, you agree to these terms.

Morfiply is scheduling software. It builds a proposed schedule from the information you and your team provide, and you decide whether to change it and whether to publish it.

Morfiply is a tool. You remain responsible for your schedules and staffing decisions, and for following the employment, wage and hour, and scheduling laws that apply to your business. Figures the service shows, such as a planned labor cost, are estimates and are not payroll.

Give accurate information when you sign up, keep your sign-in details to yourself, and tell us if you think someone else has used your account. You are responsible for what happens under your account. If you add your team's information, you confirm you are allowed to share it with us for scheduling.

What you put into Morfiply stays yours. You give us permission to store and use it to run the service for you. Our Privacy page explains what we collect and how to have it deleted.

Please use the service for its purpose. You agree not to:

• use it to break the law or to harm anyone;
• try to get into accounts, data, or systems that are not yours;
• disrupt the service or try to copy or resell it;
• collect information from it by automated means without our permission.

The price is shown on our pricing page or in the order you agree with us. Service is month to month. You can cancel at any time, and service continues to the end of the period you have paid for.

We improve Morfiply often, which means features can change. We work to keep the service available, but we cannot promise it will never be interrupted.

The website and the service are provided as they are. To the extent the law allows, we make no promises beyond the ones written in these terms, including about fitness for a particular purpose.

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, such as lost profits. Our total liability for any claim about the service is limited to the amount you paid us for it in the twelve months before the claim.

You can stop using Morfiply at any time. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, and we will tell you when we do.

If we change these terms, we will update this page and the date at the top. If you keep using the service after a change, you accept the new terms.
